Coriander Living Microgreen has a coriander taste with hint of citrus. The flavours marry well with raw seafood dishes containing chilli avocado seared scallops scampi prawns and fish. Widely used in Mexican Asian Indian cuisine. Scatter the Microgreens over spice braised meats. Use in desserts containing citrus cocoanut lime figs and yoghurt. Some of the seed remains attached to the Living Microgreen adding a textural element.
