How do I order?
There are a few different ways you can complete an online order.
- Order Template - Clicking on your 'Order Template' loads your preferred list of products, then you just enter the quantities and click on the 'Add selected items to cart' button at the bottom of your product list. You can add additional items using the search box at the top of your order template list
- Favourites - You can save a completed order as a 'Favourite' (previously know as 'saved Lists' for future use. This option works well if you have consistent ordering patterns ie. Monday, Wednesday, Friday but slight variances in products on each day. Just save a 'Favourite' called Monday and use it as a starting point each Monday. Once you have selected your 'Favourite' list you just enter the quantities and click on the 'Add selected items to cart' button at the bottom. You can add additional items using the search box at the top of your order template list
- Quick Order - Use this option to search our available product database, and add item/s to your cart. Great option when you only need one or two items.
- Browse - You can click on the product categories ie. Fruit, Vegetables in the (blue) main menu bar, then browse until you find the product you are looking for and add it to your cart. This ordering method is slower than the above options
Which ever method you use above, when you are satisfied you have added your products to your cart click on the (green) 'My Cart' box in the top right of the screen (exact position will depend on your device and screen size). The 'My Cart' boxshould be showing a $ value and total number of items selected, click on the box and then 'Proceed to checkout'. The final step is checking your items, selecting a delivery date, entering an order reference is required and finally clicking 'Complete checkout'.
How do I manage/update my Order Template?
Order Templates are intentionally managed by the Chevalier Head Office. If you would like to add or delete products, or create a second order template please email firstname.lastname@example.org . Alternatively, you can use the Favourites feature to save and manage your own specific order lists
Can I modify an order after it has been confirmed?
It is not currently possible to modify a completed order online. The best thing to do is call your local branch and they will make the changes in the order management system
